Specialty Contracting Services offers a range of environmental services including asbestos abatement, lead abatement, mold remediation and meth lab cleanup for both residential and commercial properties.   We offer other abatement services, such as hoarder trash outs, bird feces cleanup, Bio Hazard cleanup, and some chemical disposal.  If you don't want it in your building we can remove it (except for unwanted guests).

Yes, Specialty Contracting Services offers emergency services in some cases to stabilize a building until more detailed mitigation work can begin.  We are available 24/7 to provide emergency services to prevent further damage to your property.

Specialty Contracting Services is certified with the state of Colorado (CDPHE) for asbestos abatement, and clandestine methamphetamine  cleanup work.  We are also certified with the EPA to conduct renovation and repair work involving lead based paint. 

Most services can be started soon after you approve the work.  Asbestos project that are not an emergency usually take 10 business days to begin due to the permitting process. 

Although some asbestos has been banned in the US, many materials can contain asbestos, even in homes and businesses built recently.  Because of this, if any renovation, repair or demolition work is being done, the materials MUST be tested to determine if asbestos is present.
